thin walls uncomfortable bed

The room felt quite basic , and I missed having a hairdryer in the bathroom. The bed wasn't great . I could really feel the springs, and it made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The walls seemed thin , as I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway ALL the time. This was a real problem, and I think they COULD do more to fix it.

the room was warm and cozy, i loved it! the location was so central, it made exploring simple. the staff were helpful with directions, i could easily navigate.

The toilet seats in both rooms were so loose they were unsafe and so required tightening. Noise levels in the hotel are worse than average in lower ground level 02 room.

it was very close to the town centre. convenient parking was available. the room was clean.

the blind in the room didn't work. the shower gel container was broken. only one light in the bathroom worked.
